- Clean the paper path, pickup and separation rollers
- Remove toner dust from the inside and the fans
- Check the fuser for wear and wrinkles
- Check the transfer roller and print a quality report
- Clean the scanner glass and ADF rollers
- Update the firmware and check network settings
- Read the page counter and maintenance kit status
- Advise on parts that will need replacement soon
