Which printers do you service?
We specialise in HP: LaserJet, LaserJet Pro and Enterprise, Color LaserJet, OfficeJet Pro, Smart Tank, DeskJet and DesignJet plotters – single printers or whole fleets.
How fast can a technician come?
Book online and choose a date and time slot. Urgent requests (printer down) are answered within 4 hours in Cairo and Giza; contract customers get the response time in their plan – as fast as 8 hours, including Premium same-day service.
Do you sell original HP toner or compatible?
Both. Original HP supplies give the best yield and keep your HP warranty intact. Our premium compatibles are tested in our workshop and come with a 6-month replacement warranty. Each product page says clearly which one it is.
How do I find the right toner for my printer?
Type your printer model (for example M404dn) or the cartridge number (59A, CF259A) in the search box on Toner & Ink. Not sure? Send a photo of the cartridge on WhatsApp.
How do I get a quotation?
Add products to your quote list and send it, request a maintenance plan, or message Eng. Daniel Issac on WhatsApp at +20 12 89088865. Formal quotations include VAT, delivery and validity, and you can accept them online.
What is included in a maintenance contract?
Planned preventive visits, a guaranteed response time, labour and – depending on the plan – rollers, pads and spare parts, plus discounts on supplies. Every visit is recorded in your printers’ service history.
Can I follow my service request online?
Yes. You receive a request number by e-mail. Use Track Your Request, or sign in to My Account to see visits, technician reports, parts fitted and the full history of each printer.
Do you have a warranty on repairs and parts?
Parts fitted by our technicians carry a 6-month warranty and repairs 3 months. New HP printers include one year on-site warranty from AlfaSystem.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, InstaPay, cash or cheque on delivery for companies, and monthly or quarterly invoicing for contract customers.
Is AlfaSystem part of HP?
No. AlfaSystem is an independent supplier and service company specialising in HP printers. HP is a trademark of HP Inc.
